Masuduzzaman Rajib : A discussion meeting was held at the Dhaka River Police Headquarters on September 12 (Monday). Md. Mostafizur Rahman (BPAA), Senior Secretary, Public Security Department, Ministry of Home Affairs, was present as the chief guest in the meeting. In his speech, the chief guest said, 'The way the river police is working despite the various obstacles and limitations in the sea route is highly commendable. He expressed his satisfaction with the various works undertaken by the River Police for the safety of the waterways and the protection of fisheries resources and wished the River Police all-round success.
