Asaduzzaman Badal from Narsingdi: The closing ceremony of the three-day development fair was held in Narsingdi on the occasion of National Local Government Day. Yesterday afternoon Narsingdi District Magistrate and District Magistrate Dr. Badiul Alam Pavel was present as the chief guest at the closing ceremony in the auditorium of Narsingdi Sadar Upazila. Narsingdi Sadar Upazila Chairman Aftab Uddin Bhuiyan was the special guest. Narsingdi Sadar Upazila executive officer Asma Sultana presided over the closing ceremony. Chinishpur Union Parishad Chairman Mehedi Hasan Tuhin took the first place among the 14 Union Parishad chairmen of the two municipalities participating in the development fair. Mr. Dr. Badiul Alam, Deputy Commissioner of Narsingdi District, awarded the prize to Chairman Mehdi Hasan Tuhin who won the first place. Mehdi Hasan, Land Officer of Narsingdi Sadar was the host of the program.
