From 8 am Tuesday until 8 am Tuesday, Bangladesh reported 86 deaths linked to Covid-19.
Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) data indicates the caseload of public health services increased by 3,357 during the same time period.
Twenty-eight thousand nine hundred and seventy-three samples were tested throughout the country, leading to an 11.95 % prevalence rate.
A total of 26,195 deaths have been recorded, while the number of infections has increased to 1,501,618 in the country.
In contrast, another 4,102 patients recovered from the infection across the country, bringing the total number of recoveries to 1,425,985.
