Mizanur Rahman, Kurigram district correspondant : 10 thousand in cash was distributed among 126 helpless and distressed people of 14 unions of Nageshwari and Bhurungamari upazilas of Kurigram for job creation. The event was organized in Nageshwari Upazila Parishad hall room to create jobs.
Kurigram-1 Member of Parliament Aslam Hossain Saudagar, Kurigram District Commissioner Saidul Arif, Superintendent of Police Al Asad Md. Mahfuzul Islam, Zilla Parishad Chairman and District Awami League President Zafar Ali, Upazila Parishad Chairman Mr. Mustafa Zaman, UNO, AC land and Officer-in-Charge and others were also present.
At this time, Upazila Parishad Chairman Mustafa Zaman said to the helpless citizens from various unions that this event is for you so that you can be self-reliant, if Sheikh Hasina wins again, not a single poor, helpless, sheltered and hungry person will remain in this country.
