Jhalakathi correspondant : Kathalia Upazila Bangladesh Awami Jubo Mahila League Convener Nazmin Akhter Tuli has asked for prayers, blessings and support from everyone for taking part in the post of Kathalia Upazila Mahila Vice Chairman. In the meantime, he has announced his candidacy and is going around the villages of different unions of the upazila, exchanging skills and campaigning with everyone.

Even before the announcement of the upazila parishad election schedule, he is already mentally prepared and is going from house to house of the voters day and night with mass communication from every union to the ward of the upazila. During the courtesy meeting on Saturday, he sought prayers, blessings and support from the residents of Kathalia Upazila.

It has been seen on the ground that wherever people are gathering in the tea shops in the market ahead of the Upazila Parishad elections, the discussion of potential candidates for the post of Chairman, Vice Chairman and Female Vice Chairman in the Upazila Parishad elections is starting. Nazmin Akhter Tuli has been praying and praying to the upazila residents through posters, festoons, banners, mass communication and social media at every union and ward level of the upazila.

He is going door to door from the grassroots to the party leaders and workers and highlighting the development activities of the current government to the common people. She contested for the post of female vice chairman in the last upazila parishad election.

Nazmin Akhter Tuli, candidate for the post of upazila women vice-chairman, told this reporter, "I have been with the common people of this upazila for a long time. In the last upazila parishad election, I contested for the post of female vice chairman. Therefore, in this year's upazila council election, I am the female vice chairman candidate of Kathalia upazila. The people are with me. I am 100% hopeful that Kathalia upazila residents will give an opportunity to serve everyone as a female vice chairman in the upcoming upazila council elections.
