Press Release: Md Rafiqul Islam, younger brother of Omar Faruque Jalal, Secretary General of Bangladesh Editors Forum and editor and publisher of The Daily Present Times, breathed his last at his workplace in Dhaka (Innalillahi --- Rajiun).
He was buried at Khatla Dakshinpara Mitrabari family graveyard after the janaja prayers.
On the death of General Secretary Omar Jalal's younger brother Rafiqul Islam, founding president of Bangladesh Editors' Forum Daily Amader Bangla editor Mizanur Rahman Chowdhury expressed deep condolences to the bereaved family in a condolence message on behalf of the organization and prayed for the salvation of the soul of the deceased.
