One person died of Covid-19 and 41 tested positive for the lethal virus in the last 24 hours in the district.With the fatality, the death toll raised to 1366, civil surgeon of Chittagong Dr Illias Chowdhury told BSS today.
The new 41 cases, the total number of Covid-19 patients climbed to 1,27,998 in Chattogram district.
At the same time, the number of healed Covid-19 patients rose to 125991 with the recovery of 54 more patients during the time in the district.
The average recovery rate currently stands at 98.74 percent in Chattogram city and district.
A total of 95 infected patients are now undergoing treatment at different designated hospitals here.
