Mahabub Rahman Biplab, Brongpur: 248 bottles of phensidyl and 2 drug peddlers were arrested and a pickup was seized after searching at Raber check post late at night. On January 18, 24, two drug dealers were arrested while transporting drugs on the Rangpur to Bogra highway along with 248 bottles of Phencidil in the two doors of the pickup in a novel manner at the medical intersection of Rangpur Sadar. A pickup carrying the drugs was seized. Drug peddlers have been smuggling drugs to the capital from the northern region for a long time.
On the basis of secret sources, they were able to be arrested through search at the check post. The drug dealers and the seized pickup have been handed over to Kotwali police station in Rangpur metropolis. The arrested are -Minhajul age (18), father - Mohammad Aminul Islam Village: Sebob Das.
