widow wife and daughters of their elder of their due share by creating fake documents (osiyatnama) and recording more land than their share.
Even according to the fake will documents prepared by them, the share was not handed over to the wife and children of their elder brother Abdul Mannan. On the other hand, they forcibly embezzled land in the name of themselves and their wives, children and even a brothers-in-law.

The late Abdul Mannan's wife and children have come to know that only 1 acre 60 percent is mentioned despite being a share of more than 4 acres of land according to the inheritance source. Then late Abdul Mannan's wife Erfan Ara Begum and 4 children demanded the legal distribution of their assets. In the meantime, Mohammad Abdul Ghaffar and Sahabuddin, their elder brother late Abdul Mannan's 1 acre 60 decimal portion of the land obtained according to the fake deed, also registered more land in the name of their respective wives and children and even brother-in-law.
It is known that the cunning and land robbers Abdul Gaffar and Sahabuddin are not letting Arfan Ara Begum get the proper documents of the land.
