Cox's Bazar Correspondent: In Chakria of Cox's Bazar, two brothers named Mohammad Abdul Ghaffar and Mohammad Sahabuddin have been accused of depriving

widow wife and daughters of  their elder of their due share by creating fake documents  (osiyatnama) and recording more land than their share.

Even according to the fake will documents prepared by them, the share was not handed over to the wife and children of their elder brother Abdul Mannan. On the other hand, they forcibly embezzled land in the name of themselves and their wives, children and even a  brothers-in-law.

According to sources, late Abdul Hamid owns about 20 acres of 57 century land. Whose BS No. 59, 90. He has three sons and six daughters. According to the Muslim Family Act, 1961, the total property will be distributed among the partners, his first son late Abdul Mannan's heir wife Erfan Ara Begum and four daughters Sabina Nasreen, Pakija Maryam Rimu, Saima Jannat Sohana and Nazneen Akhter share more than 4 (four) acres of land. Before his death, Abdul Hamid fell seriously ill and was admitted to the hospital. At that time, his two sons Mohammad Abdul Ghaffar and Mohammad Sahabuddin forged a document without the knowledge of their other brother. Both of them deeded more land than their share. After a few years the wife and children of late Abdul Mannan spoke to Mohammad Abdul Ghaffar and Mohammad Sahabuddin several times about the distribution of land. Every time they kept wasting time saying that late Abdul Mannan’s wife and daughter would have theire due share. Later came to know that they distributed the property as per their wish by making fake documents. The late Abdul Mannan's wife and children have come to know that only 1 acre 60 percent is mentioned despite being a share of more than 4 acres of land according to the inheritance source. Then late Abdul Mannan's wife Erfan Ara Begum and 4 children demanded the legal distribution of their assets. In the meantime, Mohammad Abdul Ghaffar and Sahabuddin, their elder brother late Abdul Mannan's 1 acre 60 decimal  portion of the land obtained according to the fake deed, also registered more land in the name of their respective wives and children and even brother-in-law.

It is known that the cunning and land robbers Abdul Gaffar and Sahabuddin are not letting Arfan Ara Begum get the proper documents of the land. It can be seen in the said fraudulently prepared will that West Bara Veola Mouza in Chakaria Upazila of Cox's Bazar and Uniasth J.L No.-46 in BS 59 No. Khatian 233 Dag. And a total of 1 acre 60th decimal with 11 decimal in 1208 Dag’. widjow of  Abdul Mannan's wife Arfan Ara Begum and her 4 daughters are in financial trouble. they are unable to take minimum legal action against Influential and misdemeanors, Landgraver the two fraudsters. Erfan Ara Begum is unable to find any solution despite various applications.

Questions have been raised about the authenticity of the document. How to prove that the will is true? Why was this will kept secret for a long time? What is its secret and purpose? Why is there so much trouble and fuss about the part declared as a will?

Recently, the wife of late Abdul Mannan, the first son of the original owner, late Abdul Hamid, has applied to the assistant commissioner (land) of Cox's Bazar, Chakria, to cancel the illegal registration of Abdul Gaffar and Sahabuddin.

According to local people and concern querter, the fake will and the khatian caused by forgery, exemplary punishment against the culprits by canceling the Namjari and Joma Khotian, distribution of legal land to Arfan Ara Begum and her 4 daughters should be done as soon as possible.

Attempts were made to contact the accused Abdul Gaffar and Sahabuddin on mobile phones to find out about the matter, but it was not possible to contact them as the cell phone was not received.
