On the occasion of Bangladesh Awami League Chairperson and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's 76th birthday, National Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam University campus organized a procession, doa and milad mahfil and planted trees by Nazrul University branch Chhatra League.
On Thursday (September 28) at 12 o'clock in the university campus, the president of the Chhatra League Md. Nazrul Islam Babu and the general secretary Md. Rakibul Hasan Rakib led a joyous procession on the occasion of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's birthday.
Before this, various halls of the university from 11 amChhatra League leaders and workers started gathering in front of Bangabandhu's sculpture in the university. After the joyous procession, doa and milad mahfil were organized at the central mosque of Bad Johor University on the occasion of the Prime Minister's birthday.
After noon (at 2 o'clock) on the occasion of the 76th birthday of the Prime Minister, Nazrul University branch BCL conducted a tree planting program by planting 76 trees in the university campus. University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Soumitra Shekhar participated in the tree plantation programme.
