The partial committee of the Chattogram South District BNP has been announced. Idris Mia has been appointed as the convenor, and Lion Helal Uddin as the member secretary.
On Sunday (February 2), a press release signed by BNP's Senior Joint Secretary General, Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, disclosed the names and positions of the new committee leaders. Ali Abbas has been made the Senior Joint Convenor of the committee. The partial committee also includes Liakat Hossain and Mishkatul Islam Chowdhury Pappa, who have both been appointed as Joint Convenors.
Earlier, on September 1 of last year, the Chattogram South District BNP Convenor Committee was dissolved following the controversy surrounding the luxury car incident involving the prominent business group S Alam.
