Asaduzzaman Badal (Narsingdi District Correspondent): A new committee has been formed for Narsingdi District BNP. Khairul Kabir Khokon President, Manjur Elahi elected general secretary.
An important meeting was held at the Gulshan Chairperson's office on the afternoon of April 26 in the presence of the joint convener of Narsingdi District BNP, the Upazila and Municipality Super Five, the union and ward level presidents and general secretaries. Khairul Kabir Khokon was elected president and Manjur Elahi was elected general secretary through a secret ballot.
The results were announced by Dhaka Divisional Organizing Secretary Kazi Sayedul Alam Babul. BNP Acting Chairman Mr. Tarique Rahman was present as the chief guest at this special meeting. The meeting was moderated by Dhaka Divisional Co-Organizing Secretary Benazir Ahmed Titu.
Co-Organizing Secretary Nazrul Islam Azad and BNP Central Committee Member and Office Attaché Sattar Patwari were also present at the time.
