Sabina Akhter Sathi, Shibpur (Narsingdi) Correspondent: Food items were distributed among the needy on the occasion of Eid on March 21 at the initiative of the Narsingdi district Shibpur upazila Doripura Expatriate Social Welfare Foundation.
Present at the event were Jahangir Alam, President of Shibpur Narsingdi Doripura Expatriate Social Welfare Foundation, Former President of Shibpur Upazila Krishak Dal Momtaz Uddin Chan Mia Master, Chief Advisor Md. Mosaddek Hossain, and Md. President Jahangir Alam, Former President Advisor Md. Ismail Hossain, Md. Mr. Mia Advisor and Md. Nuzrul Islam Vice President, Al-Amin Pradhan. Md. Suman is the chief cashier of the Doripura Probashi Samaj Kalyan Foundation. The prayers and mahfil were conducted by Md. Mizanur Rahman, Imam of the Doripura Uttar Para Jame Mosque.
Relief was distributed among the helpless people of Doripura village and 80 poor families and Eid gifts worth 15,000 taka were given to the Khosher Bari Jame Mosque.
