Kazi Shaheed, Gazipur Correspondent: A reception for meritorious students who received scholarships was held at the Mirerbazar Amir Uddin Munshi School and College ground under Pubail Thana in Gazipur city under the initiative of Gazipur KG School Association, Pubail Thana branch. Teachers, students, guardians and people from different classes and professions of the area were present at the program organized on Tuesday morning. The program was presided over by Pubail Thana BNP President Monir Hossain Bakul and moderated by Gazipur KG School Association Pubail Thana President Masudur Rahman Siddiqui. Gazipur District BNP convener and former MP AKM Fazlul Haque Milon was present as the chief guest. Gazipur City Corporation retired engineer Mojibur Rahman Kajal and Pubail Adarsh University College electrical member Taijul Islam spoke as discussants at the time. Pubail Thana BNP General Secretary Harunur Rashid Sarkar, Senior Joint Secretary Zakir Hossain Sarkar, Joint Secretary Mansur Ali, Thana BNP member Sakhawat Hossain Khokon, Ward 41 BNP President Mosharraf Hossain Dewan, Amir Uddin Munshi School and College Principal Molla Riyad Hossain, Pubail University College Associate Professor Rafiqul Islam, and Maruka Nice Kindergarten Director Ubaidullah Sarkar were present as special guests. The guests handed over the crests of honor to the scholarship recipients at the event. The event was held in a festive atmosphere with the participation of teachers and students from various educational institutions of Pubail Thana.
