Press Release: Tomorrow, January 23, 2026 (Friday), is the 29th death anniversary of Mohammad Asad Mia, a prominent businessman, social worker, and educationist resident of Nazira Bazar Lane in Old Dhaka. He died of a heart attack on January 23, 1997 at Dhaka National Medical College Hospital (Innalillahi wa inna ilaihe rajiun).
On the occasion of the death anniversary of the deceased, his family has organized a Quran Khani and a special prayer mahfil at the Nazira Bazar bus house of the deceased.
In his personal life, Mohammad Asad Mia was known as a prominent businessman and educationist. At the time of his death, he left behind numerous relatives and admirers, including his wife, 3 sons, 3 daughters. On behalf of the family, relatives and well-wishers have sought prayers from all concerned for the eternal peace of the departed soul.
