Upazila Executive Officer Rakibul Hasan, District Drug Superintendent Rifat Hossain, Pirganj Upazila Health Complex RMO Dr. Kamal Hossain, Pirganj Pilot High School Headmaster Saju, Bangladesh Chemist and Druggist Association Pirganj Upazila President Ilias Ali, Upazila convener of Pharmacists Golam Rabbani, drug dealer Ruhul Amin and others were present.
The program discussed the effective role of the media in controlling the use of antibiotics, emphasizing the need for timely legislation to stop the uncontrolled use of antibiotics among school students.
