The inauguration of the "Correct Quran and Free Prayer Education Center" took place at Al Mizan Islamic Research Center in Anwara, Chattogram, on January 18, 2025. The event was held at the Madrasa campus under the initiative of Al Mizan Islamic Research Center and the management of "Love the Poor Children," a national children's organization. The program was chaired by Munir Chowdhury, the founder chairman of "Love the Poor Children."
The event was inaugurated by Nurul Alam Nizami, former Additional Secretary of the Government of Bangladesh. The chief guest was Mizanur Rahman Chowdhury, President of the Bangladesh Editors' Forum and Editor-Publisher of Dainik Amader Bangla and Dainik Amader Chattogram. The main speaker at the event was Alhaj Nurul Kabir, Bureau Chief of My TV in Chattogram.
Special guests included AQ M Mosleh Uddin, founder of Alhaj Monir Ahmad Foundation, Nurul Islam, Anwara correspondent of Dainik Azadi, MDH Raju, President of Karnaphuli-Anwara Online Press Club, Suman Shah, Anwara correspondent of Dainik Purbakone, Badarul Haque, Anwara correspondent of Dainik Jugantor, SM Salahuddin, Anwara correspondent of Dainik Amader Chattogram, Jahedul Islam Hday, Anwara correspondent of Dainik Purbadesh, Farhadul Islam, General Secretary of Anwara Journalists' Association, Zavedul Islam, Anwara correspondent of Dainik Business Bangladesh, social worker Haji Shahidul Rahman Khokon, and deed writer Mohiuddin, among others.
The program included a prayer led by Allama Mufti Faizullah Hafizi, a teacher at Jamia Islamia Hedayatul Islam Madrasa, Comilla. The event was jointly conducted by Maulana Abrarul Haq and Maulana Shafiul Alam Kutubi, directors of the madrasa.
At the end of the event, AQ M Mosleh Uddin, founder of the Alhaj Monir Ahmad Foundation, gifted copies of the Quran to orphaned students.
