Mahabub Rahman Biplab, Bureau Chief Rangpur: Residents caught a burnt face Hanuman in Yogipara town in Badarganj, Rangpur. At present Hanuman is staying in the bedroom of Abbaru Roy of Yogipara area in Ward No. 5 of Badarganj town. The incident took place on March 9 Saturday afternoon in a village called Yogi Para.
Local Ward No. 5 Commissioner Manik Roy confirmed the truth of the incident, he also said that the burnt-faced Hanuman entered the locality in search of food from the neighboring country India. I heard they are three or four in number. He said that they came from India to Bangladesh.
Abbaru Roy said that in the afternoon, when Hanuman came towards the village with a burnt face, the locals chased Hanuman. At that time, Hanuman took refuge on the roof of my bedroom.
Aktarul Islam, a resident of the area, said that several Hanumans have been seen in the area since three or four days, and one of them was caught today.

Wildlife and Biodiversity Forest Conservation Officer has been informed. Departmental Wildlife and Biodiversity: No but immediately I am sending Badarganj Upazila Officer to the spot.
