With several lakhs of takas received through the United Nations and other donor organizations, In the name only started a corugated tin shop in Khatunganj, Chittagong's Nabimarket, and started various fraudulent business such as loan fraud, land brokering and land grabbing of innocent people in the area. Gradually, Jiten Kanti Guha turns into a skilled fraudster.even he did not hesitate to sell his Hindu religion to gain his interests.
Several sources said that Jiten's desire to become the chairman arose after gaining some money.  He was not nominated as the chairman candidate the next time because of various corruptions of Jiten who wrote his name in the political register and became a staunch Awami Leaguer. After that, leaving aside the dream of becoming a chairman member, the ruling government broke the name of Awami League with full enthusiasm and engaged in various frauds including embezzlement, fraud, land robbery. Milan Dev alias Milan Ghosh, son of Keshav Chandra Dev of Ward No. 2 Hydgaon of his own religion and Shantipada of Ward No. 4 and Sunil Sen of Ward No. 5 of the same area have been usurped by this Jit. These victims are going from door to door hoping for justice.
Then in Hydgaon union, the prime minister declared won by weaving a web of fraud with 40 houses as a gift for the poor. Fraudster Jitem started grabbing 50 thousand to 1 lakh taka from innocent poor people. Those who could not pay the money were excluded from the list and promised to allot houses to people outside the list. In this case, the Hindus of his own religion were not spared. Among them are the families of Manju Dutt, Bijli Chowdhur, Basu Chowdhury, Partha Chowdhury, Ratan Chowdhury. In this way, when the fact of not getting a house with money and accepting bribes became known everywhere, he was dismissed from the party post. As the image of Awami League was tarnished by Jiten's misdeeds, Haidgaon Union Awami League Committee was dissolved by the Upazila Awami League President/General Secretary. In various national dailies, the issue of Jiten's cheating of lakhs of taka in the name of giving the Prime Minister's gift house was widely publicized. According to sources close to Jiten, Jiten stayed in India most of the time while he was on the run and was busy with his business and house there.
The source also said that long after the committee was disbanded, the newly formed committee organized the Iftar party. After being on the run for a long time, Chiter Jeet managed some leaders and workers with money and came to the Iftar party based on their hope. On the occasion, Jiten started abusing the creditors who lost lakhs of rupees. The situation becomes heated and violent. Indrajit, the former organizing secretary of Hydgaon Union Awami League, came forward when he raised his hands on one of the victims of his Hindu community. Indrajit Chowdhury Liu retaliated in self-defence when Jiten got excited and jumped on him. At one point, Indrajit slapped Jiten to protect the creditors. The whole situation is created between the victim and Jiten of the Hindu community. In the meantime Jiten's tenants staged a pre-planned mayhem by tying Jiten to a tree pole near the venue. Chairman BM Jasim came to know about the whole incident about a quarter of an hour later. He took control of the situation and freed Jiten. Meanwhile, jiten planned a barbaric game centered on a picture tied to a tree. Although the entire incident is about killing the victims of Hindu community and sharing it, the media and social media have won the cunning to divert the matter to different sectors.

Chairman BM Jasim saved Jiten from public outrage.  in return got a toughl case  . Cheater Jiten sold Hinduism to cover up his crime and could not turn the whole incident into a Hindu-Muslim riot, but the fabricated story of torture by Chairman BM Jasim came up in the media.
The question is how can it be proved that the chairman beat Jiten with just one picture? If there is a picture of Jiten tied up, where is the picture of Chairman Jasim beating him? Not a single eyewitness of that day was found who said that Chairman Jasim was being tortured. Each of them gave a simple statement -It is purely a matter of fraudsters win and creditors. The chairman came much later. It was the chairman who freed Jiten. Questions have been raised about Jiten's terrible attempt to create a riot between the Hindu-Muslim community.

The union chairman was immediately arrested by the police by a false  case of  Jiten. Many leaders also came to see him without knowing the truth of the incident.
After this incident, Surbana, the wife of Indrajit Chowdhury Liu, another victim of false accusations, and two other victims of the Hindu community organized a press conference at the Chittagong Press Club to highlight the whole truth and protest against Jiten's continued threats.
The question has arisen get the right to take bribes of lakhs of taka for the 40 houses gifted by the Prime Minister by destroying the image of the Awami League? Can the cheater get away with just being kicked out?
A person close to Jiten said on the condition of anonymity that although the chairman and his son are free on bail in the forgery case, 17 accused including Indrajit are fleeing in fear of their lives in the conspiracy case. They are being threatened openly. On the other hand Tapas Kanti Guha, the younger brother of Cheeter Jiten, the plaintiff in the case of conspiracy to tie him to a tree, is trying to get sympathy from Jiten by pretending to be a teacher in the court. Jiten openly says that even if he does not kill all his opponents including BM Jasim, Indrajit in this case, he will let them go to jail.
The sensational information was found about this extremely greedy Jiten aka Cheater Jiten, while he was in a local school committee, he was kicked out of the committee in the event of embezzlement of 16 lakh taka of school fund while he was in a local school committee.
According to a source, the Premier Bank Limited has already published an auction tender notice in the national daily Kanth according to Section 12(3) of the Orthoran Adalat 2003 regarding the banking fraud of about 4.5 million taka. It is the demand of the time to immediately clear the dues of the victimized innocent creditors by bringing back the corers of taka embezzled in India and confiscating all the movable and immovable properties in Bangladesh with an investigation into his boundless corruption.
