Staff Reporter : Major General Jahangir Alam has been appointed as the new Director General (DG) of Defense Intelligence Directorate General of Forces Intelligence (DGFI). It is known that on October 14 (Monday) the post of DGFI was changed. On the other hand, the current DG Major General Faizur Rahman has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General and made Quarter Master General. Besides, Major General Mainur Rahman, GOC of 24 Infantry Division has been promoted to Lieutenant General and given the responsibility of GOC of Artdoc.
