Benzamin Rafik : The anti-discrimination editors-journalists' unity alliance discussion meeting was held on Monday, November 25, at the Chittagong University 31 Club in Kazir Deuri.
It was held under the chairmanship of Chattabani editor Nurul Kabir and moderated by Munir Chowdhury, International Media Director, Dainik Ameer Bangla Special Correspondent.
The chief guest of the meeting was
Former member of the World Press Council and Bangladesh Press Council, Moinuddin Qaderi Shawkat.
The main discussant was the president of the Bangladesh Editors Forum's National Committee, Dainik Ameer Chittagong and Dainik Ameer Bangla editor and publisher Mizanur Rahman Chowdhury.

The speakers at the meeting said that all the journalists who have acquired illegal wealth through extortion by selling the name of Chittagong Press Club and have built mountains of money should be expelled from the Press Club and brought under the law.
The speakers also said that the black marketers of the country are investing in newspapers and carrying out various misdeeds, we all have to work together, forgetting differences in the interest of the profession.
