Alam Khan: On the occasion of the 53rd Victory Day in Shibpur, Narsingdi, a discussion and music evening was organized by the Upazila BNP on Sunday (December 29) evening in the light of the 31 points announced by the BNP at the Government Pilot Model High School ground in Shibpur, Narsingdi. The meeting was presided over by Shibpur Upazila BNP President, freedom fighter Abul Haris Bikabder (Kala Mia). BNP National Executive Committee member and former General Secretary of Chhatra Dal Central Sangsad Akramul Hasan Mintu spoke as the main discussant. Shibpur Upazila BNP Organizing Secretary Maqsud Khan, former GS Nurul Amin Rikabder Jahan, Shibpur Municipal BNP President Mahmudul Hasan Babul Moishan and Upazila Jubo Dal Vice President Rana Moishan also spoke. The program was hosted by former chairman of Baghab Union Parishad and BNP leader Tarun Mridha. After the discussion, national and local artists performed songs in a music evening program.
