Staff Reporter,A drawing competition organized by 'Petra Product' was held at J, B Shishu Kanan and High School in Zorarganj Thana area of Chittagong on the morning of August 17 (Sunday). A total of 508 contestants from 5 groups of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th classes participated in the drawing competition in the school's auditorium. The subjects of the drawing were lotus flower, tub with flower, water jug, lotus with leaves. In the 40-minute drawing competition, the winners of 'Group A' by drawing lotus flower were Mobashir Hossain, Marihat, Rayyan. The winners of 'Group B' by drawing lotus flower with leaves were Anindita Das Dola, Nopan Tahsin, Arafat. Sidratul Muntaha, Md. Sarapat, Mumtahina Alam won the 'Group C' drawing of a water jug. Yamin Al Dihan, Rangan Barua, Irina Islam Labiba won the 'Group D' drawing of a tub with flowers. Agrila Bhowmik, Wajiha Anan, Naurin Jahan won the 'Group E' drawing of a tub with flowers. On August 18 (Monday) at 11:30 am, the school's headmaster Tushar Kanti Barua handed over 'Petra Product' watercolor pencils as gifts to the winners of the drawing competition at the JB Shishu Kanan premises. School assistant teachers Md. Anwar Hossain and Pallab Barua were also present at the time.
