Masuduzzaman Rajib, Staff reporter : On February 28 (Tuesday), a mobile court conducted a fine of Tk 2 lakh on a local Nurul Bari for selling pond soil by pickup and for damaging the road made of uni blocks in the transport of soil. Executive Magistrate of Mobile Court and Mirsarai Upazila; Assistant Commissioner (Land) Mizanur Rahman told 'The Daily Tourist' in this regard, based on specific information, a fine of Tk 2 lakh has been collected due to the damage caused by road soil transport in Dargah village adjacent to Moghadiya UP. In addition, the structure was demolished to build a house on the agricultural land. Such operations will continue in the future.
